1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ct77 platform and its users ("member" or "player"). By accessing the ct77 website, creating an account, or using any game or service, you agree to accept these Terms fully and unconditionally.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

ct77 handles financial transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking and banking channels.

Deposit

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Successfully verified transactions are generally processed quickly.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• The wagering requirements of any applicable bonus must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• If identity verification is incomplete, the withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

ct77 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read carefully before acceptance.

Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at ct77, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirement

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = you must wager ৳30,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• While a bonus is active, bets on all games count toward the wagering requirement, though the contribution rate may differ for certain games.

General Bonus Policy

• Bonus claims from multiple accounts sharing the same household, address, or IP address are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• ct77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5 Gaming Policy

All games on ct77 are operated fairly and transparently. The following policies apply to all members:

• The outcome of every bet is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If the outcome of a bet remains undetermined due to a technical error or interruption, ct77 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the original stake.
• The use of automated software, bots, or third-party tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Before placing a bet in the sports betting section, verify the relevant rules and bet type conditions. In the event of any change to a match result or market, ct77's decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or market and are subject to change.

6 Fair Play & Fraudulent Conduct

ct77 is firmly committed to ensuring a fair and secure environment for all members. The following activities will be treated as fraudulent conduct and will be grounds for immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Deliberately abusing the bonus system (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, etc.).
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account data.
• Attempting to interfere with or exploit vulnerabilities in the game software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members, staff, or representatives of the platform.

ct77 reserves the full right to report all suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Limitation of Liability

• If service is disrupted due to natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond ct77's control.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

ct77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (as per ct77's policy).

Members may also request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. Upon account closure, any verified balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a disagreement or complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Step 1: Report the issue immediately via ct77's 24/7 live chat support.

3. Step 3: After receiving your email, ct77 will review the matter as quickly as possible and provide a written decision.
